#### ITR Retail Sales Leading Indicator™

SLOWING GROWTH SIGNALED FOR RETAIL SPENDING STARTING AROUND YEAR-END

The ITR Retail Sales Leading Indicator™ moved lower in August. Generally lower readings signal that Retail Sales growth is likely to slow starting around the end of this year. We continue to see divergent outcomes (a K-shape) across different consumer groups.
